    Los Angeles, June 16, 1954, MEMO 1-7334 Mr. Reinhardt: For your information Mr. Maag's office advises that Busi­ness License of LVL&W Co. to operate in City of Las Yegas expires on June 30, 1954, and if LYI&W is to continue operating past that date it will have to be renewed for a minimum .of 3-months period at cost of approximately $852 based on 3/4 of If of total gross earn­ings for preceding 3-months period. As preceding 3-months gross earnings are not available by June 30th, they will use the gross earnings for first 3 months of 1954 taken from Form 7 which a re as follows: is due to expire June 30, 1954, and to renew for 3-months period will cost $40.00.
