Las Vegas - April 1, 195** W 1-4-1 kW Mr. Riohard Hers, Direotor Public Service Commission Motor Vehicle Department State Building Carson City, Nevada Dear Sirs I am attaching hereto Certificate of Ownership No. **2135 covering 1952 Studebaker Piok-up, Serial No. KtQ-34100, along with 195** Certificate of Registration covering the same vehicle which is assigned 195** License No. BT 518. Also attached is inspection certificate showing new motor number which has been installed in this vehiole. Will you kindly arrange to issue new Certificate of Registration and new Certificate of Ownership shewing the new motor number. In connection with the above, I am also attaching copy of a letter from Mr. C. M. Bates, who is the Union Pacific Railroad Company’s Land and Tax Representative, to myself in which he verifies the motor change.
