RECITALS: User owns certain water rising and flowing from Las Vegas Big Springs, Las Vegas Little Spring, Artesian well, and other sources, in Sections 29, 30 and 31, T. 20 S., R. 6l E., M.D.B&M., in the City of Las Vegas, from which sources it ac­quires water for distribution in the City of Las Vegas for municipal and other uses.
