July £2, 1918 § Mr. Frank Malone, Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Sir: Referring to contract dated February 11th, 1914, under the terms of which you are purchasing from this Company Lots 9 and 10 in Blk 10, Clark's Las Vegas Townsite, Las Vegas, Nevada, for the sum of §1500 and upon which there still remains a balance due of §463.21. In the event of your entering the service of the United States as a member of the Military or Naval establishments, this company hereby waives the payment by you, for the duration of the present war from date of enlistment, of principal payments under said contract of February 11, 1914 above referred to.
