THEY MAKE 'EM TALL UOT and HANDSOME Every year the skyline changes in Las Vegas . . . and 1965 is no exception. The spectacular 17-story Sands Tower, central feature in a $9,000,000 building program at this popular resort hotel, is rapidly nearing completion. Unique in many respects, the tower rises directly from the reception area. Rooms are wedge-shaped with window walls 20 feet wide.
