\Leonis Blvd. and depth of 184.80 ft. (containing 25,687.2 sq. ft.), Vernon, Calif., for the purchase of which land said Erie P. Halli­burton, Inc. has been negotiating with this Company; said Purchaser, in the event of consummation of said purchase, to be responsible for all taxes and assessments levied and assessed upon said parcel for period subsequent to July 1, 1946, and for cost of relocating turnout from existing lead track to serve said property; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Guild and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing Consent, dated June 28, 1946, to assignment made May 20, 1946, by John Cure! and L. A. Turner, copartners doing business as Orange Belt Fruit Distributors (called Assignors) to W. A. Snyder & Sons Company, a copartnership con­sisting of Paul L. Snyder, L. H. Neal, K. M. Snyder and W« A. Snyder, of agreement (C.A. No. 10155, dated Dec. 3, 1941), between LVL&WCo. and John Curci, L. A. Turner and T. R. Blackwell, co­partners doing business under the firm name of Orange Belt Fruit Distributors, covering sale and purchase of land, located at Walnut and Pomona Avenues, Fullerton, Calif., together with packing house and machinery and equipment located thereon, which agreement with the consent of LVL&WCo. was by agreement (C.L.D. No. 4616, dated Jan. 25, 1943), assigned by said Orange Belt Fruit Distributors to said Assignors; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Asst. Secre­tary Bachman in executing LS Deed Audit No. 4821, dated July 9,
