    RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider nN nL.D. 2252-2, dated October 25, 1952, terminating effective November 1, 1952, lease agreement Audit No. 10494 with J. E. Hughes, doing business as Nevada Iron & Metals, Ltd., dated April 27, 1949, expiring June 30, 1953, covering land on North Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing LS Deed Audit No. 5201 (”N mL.D. 2609), dated October 29, 1952, between LVL&WCo., Grantor, and The County of Clark, Grantee, granting easement for street and roadway purposes over strip of land, 30 feet in width and 1297.38 feet In length, along the east line of Las Vegas Ranch, Las Vegas, Nevada, subject to following conditions and reserva­tions • 1 - Excepting and reserving unto Grantor all water and water rights appurtenant to said land; 2 - Excepting and reserving unto Grantor all minerals and all mineral rights, includ­ing oil and gas and rights thereto, with­out right of entry; 3 - Grantee, at Its sole cost and expense, to construct a roadway 30* in width upon and along said easement and to relocate any existing fence along the westerly line of said easement; 4 - Reversion to Grantor of title to said ease­ment parcel If Grantee shall fail to keep and perform the conditions provided by said easement; said easement being subject to all valid existing contracts, leases, liens.or encumbrances which may affect the said -2
