\ Regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors, Las Vegas Land and Water Company, was held in the Company's principal office, in the Union Pacific Building, 5^80 Ferguson Drive, Los Angeles, California, at 11:00 A. Minutes of meeting of the Board of Directors held January 11, 19^6, were read and approved. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey in executing agreement C.D. No. ^8 7 6 8 , dated November 18, 1965» with Ron Boren, Inc., of Los Angeles, California, under which Ron Boren, Inc. will construct a construction equipment sales and service building on premises of the Water Company at the southeast corner of Seventh Avenue and Proctor Avenue, in City of Industry, California, in conformity with annexed specifications and drawings accompanying that certain written agreement between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and International Harvester Company, dated November 10, 1965j covering construction by the Water Company of a construction equipment sales and service building, and the leasing of same together with the related premises to said Inter- -1-
