Bill for Installation of Meter at Jail* Las Vegas, Nevada, May 31, 1910* Mr. H. I. Bettis Vice Pres. & Auditor, Las Vegas Land & Water Company Los Angeles, Cal. Bear Sir,- Referring to your letter to me under date of March 11th, C-422. I "beg to advise you that twice have I presented to the County Commissioners a "bill for the meter and installation of the same at the jail. I note in the last paragraph of your letter what you say in reference to the installation of this meter., and presented the matter in that form to the County Commissioners at their last meeting. I will again present the "bill on next Monday to the County Commissioners, and if they still refuse to pay the same, shall I/cut off the water and remove the me Agent
