    of November, A.D. 1926, at the hour of three o'clock P.M. Voting on said motion Commissioners Mundy, Smith and His Honor the Mayor, J.F. Hesse, Aye. Noes, none. OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, CLARK COUNTY, NEVADA. November 27th, 1926 At a regular adjourned meeting of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, held on the 24th day of November, A.D. 1926, at the hour of three o'clock P.M. Present Hon. J.F. Hesse, Mayor, with commissioners O.J. Smith and W.B. Mundy, together with the City Attorney, F.A. Stevens, Esq., and the city Clerk, Commissioners C.J. Hammond and W.H. Elwell being absent. All bills allowed as per claim book on file in the office of the Clerk of the Board. The petition of Thomas B. Keeler for permission to lay a pipe line down the alley from Mesquite to Linden Streets, between Seventh and Eighth Streets was granted and the City Attorney was authorized to draw up said permit and the Mayor and City Clerk were directed to sign said permit. Thereupon the Board took under advisement the question of making certain improvements to the city streets by applications of calcium chloride solution, and after a general discussion of the matter the Street Commissioner was authorized to order one ear of the solution and apply it as an experiment. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time it was ordered upon motion of Commissioner Mundy, seconded by Commissioner Smith that the Board adjourn until the next regular meeting to be held on Thursday the 2nd day of December, A.D 1926., at the hour of three o'clock P.M.
