Dear Sorors:
communication comes to thank each of you for your
sincere interest and hard work, with me, as we strove to
finalize the business of the 1991 Far Western Regional
Conference. Thank you for moving, step by step, with our
agenda to satisfy each component needed to declare
closure. Know that your timely deliberations and actions
allowed us to go to our 1992 conference with all business
completed. And, I thank you.
Congratulations to each of you for the evidenced upgrade
of Chapter Operations. Your Basileus, Soror Ouida M.
Brown, is giving excellent leadership. You are giving
excellent support, for the standards team's report
records evidence of this. Please know that this will be
in my report to our Board of Directors at our July 1992
meeting, and Alpha Kappa Alpha will be proud. Your
chapter, remember, is an integral part of Alpha Kappa
Alpha, and when you grow and prosper, our Sisterhood
continues to live.
