Mack: Confirming telephone conversation with Mr. Conner today: Attached is hill of material required for the new Settling Basin at Las Vegas, Hevada, and four prints of Drawing 16052, dated March 10, 1942, showing details of construction. It is my understanding that you will issue requisition at once with request upon Store Dep’t. that all material listed on this requisition not now carried in Store stock will be purchased locally and immediately delivered to Las Vegas. Please note that 1002 lbs* of l"jtf reinforcing bars (25 pcs, 15 * long) for the precast Joists are to be delivered to the Wallss-Bageman Co. of 2700 East 27th St*, Los Angeles. These bars should be delivered to them at earliest possible moment, due to the fact that this material will be used by the Wailes-Bageman Co* in the precast joists The other bars required for the Joist are now carried in stock by the Walles-Bageman Co* I understand you can purchase transit mix concrete in Las Vegas delivered to the job at the Settling Basin; therefore, it will not be necessary to order the aggregates for this concrete* Will you please give this preferred attention.
