April 5, 1954 Las Vegas Land and Water Company 401 South Second Street Las Vegas, Nevada Gentleaen: This letter will serve as an application for extension of water mains of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company under Rule 9 of the Hales and Regulations of the Water Company on file with the Nevada Public Service „ Commission at locations indicated below at Las Vegas, Nevada: 1. In Judy Rich Tract as indicated on recorded map in Book 4, page 2? of Plata, Clark County, Nevada Records. 2. In Industrial Road and in St. Louis Street from a connection with existing 6* water main at Wyoming Avenue to a connection with proposed water main to serve Judy Rich Tract at a point approximately 280 feet northwesterly of the intersection of West Cleveland Avenue and Tam Drive as indicated on Oscar J.
