Bennett Please refer to ny letter dated January 6, 195b, file V 23-1-119 requesting preparation of Agreement with Twin Lakes Village, Xno., covering water mains and pressure reducing valve to serve Twin Lakes Village Unit 2 and portion of aiooics 1 and 2 of Beers Subdivision Heyoda-1 . Attached please find three prints each of Drawings 3-626 and F-507 both dated January 13, 195b which are Agreement prints to accompany Agreement which you will prepare. The balance of the prints will be furnished as soon as I reoelve then from Hr. Adamson's office in Los Angeles. Plsass refer to uy letter of January 6th, under Item 3 of "Subdivider Agrees* and change the date specified for Drawing B-626 from December 31, 1953 to January 13, 195b which conforms with the date on the Drawing. Also please refer to Item 6 relative to furnishing BUI of Sale and change It to road, "To furnish BUI of Bale conveying title to said water mains and pressure reducing valve to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company.
