\ Los Angeles, June 29, 1909. Mr. H. I. Bettis, Vice President and Auditor. Dear Sir: Replying to yoUr favor of June 28th relative to construction of houses at Las Vegas. I heg to advise that mjr understanding of the building of these houses is the same as contained in your letter; that is, there -will be 20 4-room and 20 5-room houses built on Blocks 23 and 26, each to have 40 foot front lot.
