1 Section 7 * Except as hereinafter stated, the said lahd 2 and other properties referred to In Section 1 of this agreement 3 shall be conveyed to the District through an escrow to be opened 4 with the FIRST NATIONAL BAN K OF NEVADA, of Las Vegas, Nevada, not 5 later than the time when the District shall have sold duly author- 6 ized bonds sufficient to enable the District to purchase the prop- 7 erties referred to In Section 1 of this agreement and to establish 8 a Relocation Fund pursuant to Section 5 of this agreement. Within 9 thirty (30) days after the District shall have received the proceeds 10 from the sale of said bonds 11 (1) The District shall deposit in said escrow not less 12 than the purchase price of the properties referred to in Section 1 13 hereof, plus the amount required for the establishment of a Reloca- 14 tion Fund pursuant to the provisions of Section 5 hereofj and 15 (2) The First Parties shall cause to be deposited in said 16 escrow all documents required to transfer, assign or convey to the 17 District the properties referred to in Section 1 hereof. is Said escrow instructions shall provide that the said Es- 19 crow Agent shall pay to First Parties, or such party as they shall 20 designate, the purchase price of the properties referred to in Sec- 21 tion 1 hereof when* 22 (a) Said Escrow Agent has received notice from the 23 parties hereto that First Parties have delivered to the 24 District outside of escrow all of the property referred 25 to in subparagraph (m) of Section 1, 26 (b) Said Escrow Agent shall deliver to the District 27 28 30.
