Legal Notices NOTICE O F SPECIAL ELECTION AN D REGISTRATION To the qualified electors of the terri­tory created as The Las Vegas Valley Water District by resolution of the Board of County Commis­sioners of Clark County adopted'on August 30, 1948: You are hereby notified that an election will be held in The Las Vegas Vallgy Water .District on October 19, 1948/ pursuant to the - provisions of the following resolution adopted by the Board of County Commisisoners on October 4, 1948, RESOLUTION calling an election to be held in The Las Veghs Valley Water District for the pur­pose of confirming the organiza­tion of said District and electing directors. therefor. WHEREAS, at a meeting held on August 30, 1948, the Board of Com­missioners of Clark County adopted a resolution entitled “Resolution Gre­eting The Las /Vegas Valley -Water District,” pursuant to the provisions „of Chapter 167 of the/ Statutes of Nevada, -19 47; and WHEREAS, it is required .by the 'provisions of Chapter' 167 aforesaid, that an election be called by the .
