C AUG 2 6 1959 L a b V e h a b B l v d ., n o r t h You will recall that in 1953 in connection with the proposed sale of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company to the Las Vegas Valley Water District, the LA&SLRRCo. comnenced proceedings to change the point of diversion of water previously appropriated under Application #7200, Certificate #1631, to a location in the shop grounds at an existing well for which no Certificate of Appropriation had been obtained. Thereafter, the Railroad Company also commenced proceedings to provide an additional well within the shop grounds for stand-by uses. The foregoing proceedings were covered by Application J #15140 and 15754. Each of these were processed independently, although they were related applications. Please find enclosed herewith Certificate #4880 issued pursuant to Application #15140 and recorded as Document No. 157077 in the Office of the County Recorder of Clark County in Official Records Book #193. The enclosed Certificate should complete all matters relative to the above designated application and the transfer of point of diversion under Certificate #1631. Please note that the enclosed Certificate has been given the same priority as Certificate #1631. I do not know the proper official to whom the enclosure should be transmitted. Consequently, I am taking the liberty of sending you the original for delivery to the proper official of the Railroad Company. Sincerely, ( j\ r j 1 /14 f / • t ‘ fty Calvin M.
