Hulsizer) You have been furnished copies of Mr. Lynch’s letters to me concerning the Railroad Company developing an independent water supply at Las Vegas. mends that the Railroad supply water to the PPE Company and concurs in the opinion expressed in Mr. Bennett’s letter to Mr. Rouse of August 21st that it is important that the Railroad take whatever steps it is going to take to protect its water supply as soon as possible, including the transfer of its water appropriation to the shop well and to an additional standby well if it is decided to drill one so that this will have become an accomplished fact before the District takes over. mendations, particularly with respect to the necessity of transferring from the Railroad to LVL&W the water lines serving industries on the West side, the installation of storage tank and construction of additional water lines that will be necessary to establish a separate supply for Railroad and PPE requirements.
