Recently the Ghuroh requested the le a s e be assigned to the Daughters o f Utah Pioneers and I am a tta ch in g h ereto t r ip lic a t e o rig in a ls o f proposed assignment which has been executed by the Moapa Stake and the Daughters o f Utah Pion eers, X recommend execution by the Water Company. Mr. Bennett advises the document may be executed on behald o f the Water Company by the P resid en t, or in his absence, by the V ice-Presiden t, a f t e r approval o f the Sxoutive Committee.
