Las Vegas - November 6 -/f// Mr. William Reinhardt cc - Mr. E.E.Bennett Referring to correspondence ending with Mr. Cory's letter of October 23, 1951 concerning agreement NLB 2518 with Royes J. Petersen covering installation of water mains to serve Blocks 2 and 3 Tract 2 , El Centro Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada. I am enclosing duplicate originals of the agreement which has been signed by Mr. Petersen and I recommend execution by you upon behalf of the Water Company. I will arrange for ratification by the Board of Birectore at its next meeting. Revised page 3 received with Mr.Cory's letter of October 23 has been Inserted and initialled by Mr. Petersen and should also be Initialled by you. Also enclosed is Bill of Sale, NLD 2618-1, dated October 8 , 1951 which has been signed by Mr. Petersen. W.H.Johnson Enclosures
