RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing grant deed, C. D. No. 24049-C, dated July 14, 1941, conveying to Pacific Electric Railway Company that certain parcel of land, being portions of Lots 8, 9, 20 and. 21, and intervening alley, Block 6, City of Rialto, County of San Bernardino, California; consideration $10,00 and other valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing rider, dated July 15, 1941, (C. D. No. 24049-D) terminating as of June 1, 1941, agreement Audit No. 3525, dated April 1, 1921, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Pacific Electric Railway Company, Lessee, covering lease of portion of Lots 8, 9, 20 and 21, Block 6, in City of Rialto, County of San Bernardino, California; rental $17.50 per month; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter-agreement, C. A. No. 10138, dated July 21, 1941, addressed to Mr. J. D. Hendricks, Los Angeles, California, covering the construction by him of an addition to wood platform along east side of warehouse, located at 2160 East Seventh Street, Los Angeles, California (now under lease to Furniture Manufacturers Association); consideration $1,100.00, plus cost to him of surety bond; be, and the same -26-
