.zr • ., "CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE CONTINUED TO PAY REFRIGERATION CHARGES AND WATER CHARGES EVEN THOUGH REFRIGERATION RATES WERE SUSPENDED." ********** ****** March 18, 1953. Messrs. John Doe & Co., 401 South 2nd Street Las Vegas, Nevada. Gentlemen; In reviewing our accounts for water servioe furnished by this company we find that since( February 1st) you have paid a total of Five hundred ($500) Dollars. This amount includes $300 representing the cost of furnishing domestic water and $200 representing the cost of water furnished for refrigeration, the legal tariff for which was suspended by the Public Service Commission on February 17, 1953. In view of the fact that you have continued to pay for water used in refrigeration after the tariff was suspended by the Commission, and in order that we may adjust our accounts, it is suggested that you withhold payment of refrigeration charges and pay only the domestic water rate until such time as the Public Service Commission has made decision on the refrigeration rates. Monies^paid this company under the refrigeration tariff will be held in suspense until the Commission has made a decision, at which time your refrigeration account will be adjusted to conform We find that you now owe the Company the following amounts for domestic water, which is as follows: 3 months, Jan.Feb.Mar. @ S.iofl....$24.30 We would appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Very truly yours, LRM: sn L.R* MAAG ACTING GENERAL MANAGER
