Dear sin Referring to our various conferences concern* ing proposed sale of 76.64 acres, located between North Main Street and North Fifth street, and the proposed reservations and restrictions, which you assisted us to compile. 1 attach copy of Mr. Jeffer9s letter on this subject, July 6th, which is self-explanatory. No doubt, you have received some additional information on this subject through Mr. Hulsizer. while this proposed sale has been pending for several months, the principals, Mr. Ed. w. Clark, Mr. A. E. Cahlan and Mr. Archie Grant, are now prepared to close the deal and I attach hereto copy of their proposal, dated November 15th, which has been passed by our legal department. For your ready reference I enclose also a sketch showing the portion they desire first deed to cover. 1 should like to discuss this with you before forwarding their proposal to Mr. Jeffers.
