Mildren, et ux, and Colorado River^ Exploration Company, y\ Ltd. , grantoj^T Easement dated February 1943 and recorded Novem ber 23, 1943, as Document No. 174199, C lark County, Nevada records. This easement covers a portion of the water line situate in Oakey Boulevard at the Southwest corner of Ridgeview T ra ct No. 5. Easement dated February 13, 1943 and recorded November 23^1943., as Document No. 174200y/ C lark County, Nevada records. C overs the pipe line located within the West ten (10) feet of Ridgeview Tracts No. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, from the North line of Oakey Boulevard to the center line of Franklin Avenue.
