E. 1954 Mr. Philip Yousea is developing Paradise Grove Subdivision, Las Vegas, Nevada, and proposes to enter into private contract for construction of water mains and fire hydrant connections at his own expense, upon understanding, subject to executive approval, the Water Company will, pursuant to Nevada Public Service Commission Rule 9* males complete or partial refund of cost of water mains which is agreed to be the sum of 14,202.00. In addition Mr. Philip Yousem proposes to construct at his own expanse, under private contract, 20 LF of fire hydr&nt connections at an estimated cost of #119.00, which amount is not subject to refund but will be capitalized as a donation. Request authority to enter into usual refund agreement with Mr. Philip Yousem. Approval of Las Vegas Valley Water District under provisions of Section 13, paragraph (b) of Agreement *0*L.D. 11342 dated June 1, 1953# has been obtained. Mr* Bennett sees no legal objection. A. F.
