Mr. Asher informed me that ha has requested oonatruotlon bids for water lines from three local contractors and ae soon as these bids are received, ha will furnish me copy for my use In setting-up the estimate. I Informed Mr. Asher that until the three bids are reoelved I am unable to complete the estimate and request approval of the Hater Dlstrlot also that until suoh time aa I have the approval of the Hater Dlstrlot, I would be unable to furnleh him a letter stating that the Hater Company will extend Its water mains to aerve the Maryoreat Estates Subdivision. Mr. Asher thoroughly understands the situation I believe and any delay In securing the District's approval will be entirely up to him as representative of the Subdivision. .
