Las Vegas - January 11, 1952 Mr. E. E. Bennett ** Los Angeles W -23-1-28 Pursuant to agreement Audit Number 10365 (*N" LD 1619) with McNeil Housing Company, the Las Vegas Land and Water Company agreed to refund to the Housing Company 50$ of the revenues derived from the sale of water located within the tract taking service from the water mains installed under the agreement. I am now in receipt of attached letter, da.ted January 3, 1952 from McNeil Construction Company certifying that the articles of incorporation have been amended changing the name of MoNell Housing Corporation to McNeil Construction Company of Nevada and requesting future refunds under the agreement be made to the latter company.
