Since writing the foregoing I have talked to Mr. Howard Cannon, City Attorney of the City of Las Vegas, and told him that there un­doubtedly would be quite a delay in getting these easements prepared after the District had taken the necessary action. He advised me that the sewer contractor was in a rush to get this pipe in, and he would undoubtedly file a condemnation suit, Joining the District, and asking for immediate possession.
