BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF NEVADA In the Matter of the Application } ) of the ) ) LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY ) \ / to place in effect an amended set ) of rules and regulations and an } increased schedule of water rates. ) PETITION FOR REHEARING Your petitioner, LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, hereinafter called "Water Company", respectfully petitions the Honorable Public Service Commission of Nevada to re-open the above entitled matter and set the same for further hearing for the purpose of enabling your petitioner to furnish further proof in.support of the schedule of rates filed by the Water Company with said Commission on January 22, 1951, to become effective February 26, 1951, which rates were suspended by the Order of the Commission of February 19, 1951, and subsecuent orders of said Commission.
