I agree.Helen Gaveilavich «2« May 11, 1953 tracks to a point on the Indian Reservation— providing, of course, that arrangements could foe made by you with the owners of the privately owned property mentioned for an easement and providing also the Railroad Company would be willing to grant an easement and permission to install a water line across its right of way and tracks at location mentioned, I suggest that you again contact Mr. Wright of the Highway Department and clear up the apparent misunderstanding In regard to the Highway Departments position in the matter, after which, please feel free to again call on me relative to the alternate plan of constructing a line extending easterly from intersection of Monroe Avenue and Street, and I will then take the matter up with railroad officials and endeavor to secure their permission to construct the proposed line across the tracks and right of way owned by them.
