As you know, the cabin sites in *fhe grows* are cowered lay year to year leasee, and all of those expire on dune SO, 1943. If it le dee!red to sell this reaaialng acreage to Messrs. Clark, Catalan and grant, I fssl that we should now notify the tenants in *fhe grows* that their present lease will not be extended and that they oust sake arrangements with the new owners for eabin elto lease, or renews their buildings froa ths prenlsee at expiration of present tern of lease. I an asking Mr. Megans* with copy of this lettsr to adwiso ns whether or not we are required to giwo then thirty days notiso, and if such is the case we will arrange to furnish such notice on Juno 1st. I understand froa our eonworsation In Conference yesterday that it is desirable for us to dispose of this remaining aereage. I estlaate there is approxiaately 2.39 acres in this tract; howewer this can be aore accurately com­puted by aeasureaentc recently aade by Engineer Plrie and hie crew last aonth. I recommend the sale of this acreage at the same price we sold the Blltaore Acreage to Messrs.
