Salt Late City, Utah, April 26th, 1903 Mr* J* Ross Clark, Los Angeles, Calif* Dear Sir ,- Just received your letter of the 23rd instant and wish to ex— plain that I gave Mr* Holt at the rate of £40.00 and $10.00 per month extra up to, I think, April 17th* He made out his hill and I OK’d it hut he will not send it in tin til May* Bracken will have to pay him the same until he gets hack there with a cook when 1 presume he will make a new deal* I go to Ploche this evening.
