I agree.Ait Office Memorandum January 2k, 1942. After investigation at Las Vegas, in conference with Superintendent Folger of the Water Co., and the McNeil Housing Co., the following appears to be a fair estimate of the additional demand to be made upon the Water Co. for residential developments during the summer of 194-2: McNeil Housing Co. 500 houses approved by F.H.A. 60 * now under contract. Will build in units of about 60 as purchasers are in sight. Anticipated by fall - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 2*10 Biltmore Subdivision (on land recently acquired from LVL&W C o .) 100 now under contract. Will build additional as demand occurs and F.H.A. approval secured. Could expand to 400.
