Mr. B rickner, Presiden t o f the Metals Company, advises i t is his in ten tio n to proceed w ith ad d ition a l b u ild in g improvements but that he can not ju s t if y such expense upon a 30 day terminable le a s e . To p ro tect his present investment and to enable him to finance the a d d ition a l improve­ments, Mr. Brickner desires to purchase the leased s it e fo r which he is w illin g to pay $10,000 cash upon d e liv e r y o f deed and p o lic y o f t i t l e insurance.
