Hr. Wm* Reinhardt: Lae Vegas - March 8, 1949 W 23-1-48 Under Work Order 597, March 2?, 1948, we constructed a 6-inch water sain extension through Slock 5, Hoblltt Addition, tor Estelle 0. Bean, under Rule 9-A. Mrs. Beam now askew application for sinilar extension through Block 4, Hohlitt Addition. I attach estimate of cost, based on connecting with the existing 6-inch water line at the north end of Slock 5, thence westerly in Stewart Street to the center of Slock 4, thence at right angles southerly to the south end of the block. Enclosed also is easement executed by Mrs. Beam, covering a 10 ft. strip through the center of Slock 4, which does not have a dedicated alley.
