    ? * Regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors of Las Vegas Land and Water Company was held in the Company's principal office in the Union Pacific Building, 422 West Sixth Street, Los Angeles, California, at 11;00 A. M . , Tuesday, Feb­ruary 12, 1952. Present: Wm. Reinhardt E. E. Bennett A. C. Ritter J. W. P.adden W. H. Johnson Absent: A. E. Stoddard Vice President Reinhardt called the meeting .to order and presided. Minutes of meeting of Board of Directors, held Jan­uary 15, 1952, were read and approved. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in accepting on behalf of this company Revocable Permit C. A. 10610, dated November 6, 1951, by State of Nevada-Department of Highways, granting LVL&WCo. permission to install a 14” , 12” and 8” cast iron water pipe line in and along West Bonanza Road, near ”H ” Street, Las Vegas, Nevada; said installation being in­cident to construction of West Side transmission line to pro­vide increased water pressure; be, and the same is hereby rati­fied, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider C. L. D. No. 10600-2, dated January 10, 1952, -1-
