Dear Sir: I am just in receipt of your letter of October 16th, in reference to sale of acreage to Leslie R, Saunders. I note message you sent me on September 11th, and beg to advise that the same was never received, either by me personally or at my office. ' Had I received such a message undoubtedly the deal would have been oonsumated at that time.
