See INSULATORS RAGS, WIPING AND GENERAL USE Conservation of wiping and general-use rags may be effected by having soiled rags laundered. They may be washed at a loss of about 10$ by weight. RANGE COILS, ELECTRIC Open coil range heating units may be repaired by use of a repair sleeve, rather than installing a new coil. Salvage the hichrome if it cannot be used. See APPLIANCES and Appendix "A" Pig. 29 REGULATORS Indoor type voltage regulators may be converted to outdoor type by providing suitable housings. Single phase regulators may be con­verted to three phase, or vice-versa, by replacing coils with new ones.
