F O R M 1 2 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 ASSIGNMENT RECITALS WHEREAS, the LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a Nevada corporation, entered into a certain agreement with FEDERAL DEVELOP­MENT COMPANY, INC., a Nevada corporation, which agreement was identified by Las Vegas Land and Water Company as nN HL.D. 2702, covering the installation of certain water mains in Westleigh Tract #4; and which agreement was subsequently assigned to B. H. Nicholas and Calvin M. Cory, with each having an undivided one-half interest in and to all monies to be paid pursuant to said agreement; and WHEREAS, Calvin M. Cory thereafter assigned to the First National Bank of Nevada his right to receive quarterly installments of refunds due to him under said agreement, which assignment was on the 4th day of January, 1962, duly released by said First National Bank of Nevada, as evidenced by written letter signed by the Vice- President and Manager of said Bank directed to the Las Vegas Valley Water District (a copy of which letter is attached to this Assign­ment) , and WHEREAS, the said Calvin M. Cory desires to make a gift, donation and grant of all of his undivided one-half interest in and to the aforesaid agreement in the manner hereinafter provided; NOW THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned, Calvin M. Cory, does hereby give, donate, grant and assign to KENNETH CALVIN CORY all of his right, title and interest in and to the aforesaid undivided one-half interest of the above described agreement, including the right to receive refunds of revenue now due, or hereafter to become due, pursuant to said agree­ment, and the said Calvin M. Cory does hereby authorize and direct the Las Vegas Valley Water District to pay all of said sums when and as the same become due to Kenneth Calvin Cory with address at 1013 South 6th Street, Las Vegas, Nevada.
