On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing and delivering agreement, Audit No. 9970, dated February 21, 1939, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Paul Sandoval, Lessee, cover­ing portions of Lots 21 and 22, comprising 14.276 acres, in Los Angeles Fruitland Association 500-Acre Tract, Los Angeles County, California, for term beginning January 1, 1939, and ending June 30, 1939, to be used for agricultural purposes; rental consideration $332.87 for said term, payable in advance; subject to termination by Lessor on 30 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, ap­proved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing and delivering rider, Audit No. A-44304-1, dated March 7, 1939, extending to March 15, 19<$2, term of lease Audit) No. A-44304, dated March 12, 1936, between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and H. F, Hennigar (assigned by Railroad Company to L. V. L. and W. Co. December 16, 1937), covering site for drive-in lunch stand, located at Ocean Blvd. and Lime Avenue, Long Beach, California; rental 5'jo of gross receipts with $100 minimum per month; subject to termination by - 4-
