When making delivery of deed to Mr. Fanatia on November 22, 1929, we advised him (in line with yonr letter of the 8th,of November 1929-last paragraph) that be should assume 1929 and all subsequent taxes on this property, which met with his approval. However, he has called at my office and advised that after receiving ray letter of November 22, 1929, he paid 1929 Taxes, and they were later refunded to him with the advice that the Railroad Company had already paid the same. Will you kindly investigate and if the 1929 taxes should be collected from Mr. Fanatia,adsdse me in older that I may take care of the matter without delay.
