"From August 1, to September 1,1929" Am returning th is cheek to you unaccepted as the la s Vegas land & water Company has no lease with you nor anyone else ooTaring this portion of ground described above. I have advised you on previous occasions that you located on our ground without lease or permit of any kind and that tbs la s Vegas land A Water Company could not and would not permit you to remain there.
