LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Loralta Gasoline Company 1-907 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne in executing rider C.L.D. No. 11007-3, dated July 1, 1966 extending to and including August 1, 1971 Contract Audit No. 10632, dated April 15, 1952, expiring by latest extension August 1, 1966, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Loraita Gasoline Company, granting license for the maintenance and operation of one 8” gas pipeline, one 6" gas pipeline, one 10” gas pipeline and one 8” gasoline pipeline, under and across property of the Land Company in vicinity of 27th Street and California Avenue, Long Beach, California; rental $25.00 payable annually in advance during the term thereof; subject to revocation by the Land Company upon sixty days written notice; be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
