Scott ORDER It appearing That under date of August 13, 1952, this Com­mission issued its opinion and recommended order in the above-entity j led matter upon being remanded to the Commission by the First Judi­cial District Court of the State of Nevada for further investigation and study; and IT FURTHER APPEARING in the Commission’s recommended order to the Court it was recommended that an additional twenty (20$) per cent increase in water rates be granted over those in effect under the Commission’s order dated August 24, 1951; and IT FURTHER APPEARING That the Court on September 15, 1952 ^ issued its order authorizing and directing the Commission to increase the water rates of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company twenty (20$) per cent over and above those fixed by the Commission in its opinion and order dated August 24, 1951, IT IS ORDERED That, in accordance with the order of the Court, the rates of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company are hereby
