Dear Sir: - In reply to your joint letter 25th instant, with which you enclosed copy of Mr.Walter Bracken's communication of February 23rd; would advise that I see no objection whatever to extending to Las Vegas and Tonopah Railroad employes, the same arrangement as in effect for San Pedro Company employes covering furnishing of money with which to build their own homes at Las Vegas.
