Referring +o Mr. Welle* joint letter of Aug. 86th, and my reply of Aug. 87th, relative to employees' rooming house at Las Vegas, Nevada. I hand you herewith the form 30. Mr, Wells advises that he will arrange to provide a larger reading room, also for closets between the rooms.
