Black Swan Mine
we the undersigned do hereby locate and claim fifteen hundred feet for mining purposes on this Lead Lode as Ledge as Deposit of Silver Bearing Rock and are to be Known as the Black Swan Mine commencing at the monument upon which this notice is placed and running seven hundred and fifty feet South Easterly from the monument upon which this notice is placed and running seven hundred and fifty feet north westerly from the monument upon which this notice is placed on and along said Lead Lode as Ledge as Deposit of Silver Bearing Rock and are and including three hundred feet on each side there of for mining and working purposes we claim and intend to hold and work said claim and mining ground in accordance with the mining Laws of the United States approved May 10th 1872 and in accordance with the mining Laws of El Dorado Mining District Lincoln County State of Nevada said mine is situated one mile north east of the Morning Star Mine and one half mile South of the El Dorado Canyon wash. Located November 22nd 1880
