% r CONTRACT BOND KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT LONGLEY CONSTEUCTION CO., INC., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State business as a surety within the State of Nevada, as Surety, are held and firmly bound unto LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, A corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nevada and authorized to do and doing business within the State of Nevada (hereinafter called ’’Water Company”), in the penal sum of five thousand seven hundred twenty-four a no/ioo # ---------- Dollars ' ($ 5,724-OP_____ ) lawful money of the United States of f America, tone paid to the Water Company, its successors or assigns, for which payment well and truly to be made, we'bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators and successors, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
