M, Cory On ilov ember 19# 1953# Mr, Michele ferliszi made applies-tlon for extension of water mains of the Water Company under Rule 9 to serve his portion of Slook 1 Boulder D&a Homesite Addition, Las Vegas, Hevada, Mr, Terllzzi proposes to construct several homes adjacent to proposed water line and has requested the Later Company to construct the line under Agreement whereby he will deposit the estimated cost with the Water Company, Mr, Terlissi has advised that he proposes to commence construction of these homes immediately and is anxious for the Hater Company to proceed at the earliest possible date. Submission of this project was mads to Mr, Montgomery with ay letter of December 9# 1953# copy of which was furnished you in which the Las Vega3 Valley Water District was requested to approve the proj eot. As of the present date I have had no indication from the Water District as to what action has been taken.
